Sometimes we need to kick stuff too! This class will introduce our GJWB squad to the art of kicking. Sabrina Nizzamudin a black belt in Kempo Karate, Kickboxing instructor and certified fitness trainer. She will be teaching you how to kick properly & with a little GJWB flair while getting a calorie killer workout your glutes will thank us for!
A metabolic frenzy, full body workout of training stations using tabata techniques, crossbells and plyometric exercises.
Bob and weave through an intense ring workout of footwork drills, offensive combinations, defensive tactics and technical sparring.
Beginner basics: you've never been to a boxing gym before but you're curious to know more. Learn the very basics of amateur boxing in a non-threatening and constructive way. These are the drills and skills that will be honed in more advanced classes at CBA.
An all levels fast pace, dynamic skipping class, integrating the fundamentals of a boxer with constant movement, tricks and conditioning drills.
Strengthen your core development with a unique approach of creative abdominal, back and stability exercises.
Push yourself to peak punching conditioning with a class focused on bag combinations, movement, muscular endurance and stamina.
CBA KIDS & Teens is a great drop-in or progressive class for those boys and girls looking to improve their strength & conditioning, footwork, coordination and overall confidence!
Taught by Rico Mancini our head coach. If your kid or teen is looking to get fighting fit (without contact) this is the class for them.
Beginners boxing brings it 'back to basics' and is a great class for those who have never boxed before or perhaps you need a refresher class. Our coaches will constantly critique your stance, your hand position and footwork as this is the critical time to perfect your technique. You will develop your personal boxing style and improve your coordination while helping you understand the amazing sport called the 'sweet science'. In this class you learn how to properly wrap your hands, skip, what your stance is and what all the boxing equipment is used for and why. You need to attend this class for a minimum of 3 months before attending All LEVELS Boxing.
*This level can be skipped if you have participated in 12-week fast track program.
This class is for advanced boxers but we suggest a six months in the beginners class to build your foundations! We will be working on more advanced combinations and partner work. This class will continue on your journey to get fighting fit!
*This class also serves as the warm up for the Competitive TEAM *ALL level students are encouraged to stay and watch but SORRY no sparring until you are a licensed amateur boxer!
This is a 45 min high energy, intense mix of boxing and conditioning for all fitness levels. You will be pushed to maximize your fitness level with a dynamic warm-up, technical drills, bag or pad work burnout and cool down.
