Our strength and conditioning programs allow you to experience how a boxer would get conditioned for a fight. Our HITT classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7pm to 8pm will get you fighting fit! There is no actual boxing in the class but we use Cross Bells to add a small amount of weight to the tabata style training!
If you are looking for a conditioning class we have LUNCH & PUNCH everyday from 12 noon to 12:45! During your lunch hour get in a calorie crunch and relieve stress punching the heavy bags daily with us!
