Boxing Level I – Beginners
Beginners boxing brings it ‘back to basics’ and is a great class for those who have never boxed before or perhaps need a refresher class. Our coaches will constantly critique your stance, your hand position and footwork, as this is a critical time to perfect your technique. Members will develop their own personal boxing style and improve their coordination while gaining a deeper understanding this amazing sport also called the ‘sweet science’. In this class members learn how to properly wrap hands as well as boxing basics and fundamentals, including proper stance and how to use boxing equipment.
*This level can be skipped if you have participated in our 12-week fast track program.
